A wonderful experience Traveling to New Zealand was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Mai Travel. The tour guides were so kind and genuine towards me and the family. Anytime we needed something they would always provide it. Mai Travel planned our trip so perfectly that we couldn’t possibly miss out on anything. Best travel agents ever I’ve never dealt with travel agents as awesome as Mai Travel. My family and I had all our needs looked after with utmost professionalism, understanding and kindness. We didn’t have to worry about transportation, accommodation or any of the activities in New Zealand. Both Peter and Mai, owners of Mai Travel, looked after us so nicely that I do not think any other travel agency can compare to their personalized approach. They were available 24/7 , were very resourceful, knew every great bit of New Zealand and most importantly they truly felt like family to us. Best trip ever A true sample of excellent tour guide! Without doubt one of the best tours we have ever been. Peter & Mai, such a warm personality & highly motivated guides. We truly enjoyed ever minute of our trip with them. They took us to places we would never have found online, hidden treasures & beautiful scenery.
